First Part
General Articles
1st Article: Name:
The Islamic Movement in Kurdistan / Iraq. (I.M.K)
2nd Article: Introduction:
It is a collective political Islamic movement works on the base of tradition and
community for implementing Islamic legitimacy and to obtain the legal rights of
our people in Kurdistan.
3rd Article:
Our sources are Holly Quran and the pure prophet's tradition (Sunah). We make
use of Islamic history , leadership methods and the experiments of Islamic
Movements.
4th Artcile: Arm:
It's made up of :
1. A circle in which the name and the emblem of (I . M . K) in Kurdish , Arabic
, English are written with the date of foundation in both Migration and birth
calendar.
2. A gleaming "Mushaf".
3. A pen.
4. A rifle.
5. A spike of grain consists of twenty four grains equal to the letters of (لا
إله إلا الله محمد رسول الله).
((There's no god but Allah and Mohammed is the messenger of Allah))
5th Article: Emblem:
[وجاهدوا فى الله حق جهاده]
The Verse of (strive for Allah as required)
6th Article: Flag:
A white flag written (There's no god but Allah and Mohammed is the messenger of
Allah) in (Thulth) writing and in black.
7th Article: in all formal letters and documents, the name , the emblem and the
arm of (I . M . K) are written.
8th Article: Language:
1. Kurdish is the formal language .
2. Pay attention to all formal international languages especially to Arabic
because it is the language of Holly Quran.
SECOND PART

9th Article: In the political field :
We work for:
1. Establishing a fair Islamic system.
2. Struggle for obtaining and protecting the fair rights of our people.
3. Calling for federal system for Kurdistan and Iraq in the present time.
4. Protecting human rights and respecting all the nations and peoples.
5. Raising the political awareness of our people.
6. Confronting all sorts of (Deportation, denominationalism and deletion of
national identity.
7. Informing all the countries and nations of world about our people's issue and
to consider it a universal Islamic issue
8. Settle peace and security for the citizens and preventing migration to
abroad.
9. Introducing the Islamic country as it is . shown in (the foundations of the
I. M . K ideology and policy).
10. Finding a method for Islamic cooperation and unifying the Islamic energies.
11. Constructing and strengthening relations with the neighbor countries .
10th Article: In the Field of Economy:
1. Settle the Islamic economic laws.
2. Elimination of all sorts of interesting economy.
3. Attempt to establish Islamic bank.
4. Urge investment and observing consumption.
5. Development of both internal and external trade.
6. Attempt to raise the standard of living and fair distribution of national
incomes .
7. Attempt to obtain economic independence and sufficiency.
8. Improve and build Kurdistan economic background.
9. Solve the problems of agriculture by following the modern agricultural means
and techniques.
10. Pay attention to fish , poultry , animal sources and control hunting.
11. Protect and develop forests.
12. Support and call charity organizations to rebuild Kurdistan.
13. Attempt to eradicate unemployment and find work chances for inhabitants.
14. Reconstruction of Kurdistan tourist places and develop them legally.
15. Pay attention to find mineral sources.
16. Expand the special sector.
17. Prevent all methods of monopoly.
18. Urge industry and build factories and develop local industries.
11th Article: In the social field:
1. Help marriage and protect family ties .
2. Protect woman rights, educate and raise her personality in a way that she
plays her suitable rote in different aspects.
3. Treatment of tribe's disputes.
4. Exert efforts to find the fate of the "Anfal" victims and help their families
.
5. Support the families of the victims of Halabja and other places which faced
chemical bombing .
6. Attempt to settle the social justice.
7. Prohibition of using and producing all types of drugs.
8. Revival of Islamic conducts and manners and eliminate all types of crimes.
9. Look at martyrs and their relative with respect and help them.
10. Support the old and the disabled and improve their living .
11. Respect efforts of "Peshmargah" and not to be neglected.
12. Pay attention to kids and their demands, building kindergartens and
developing their abilities .
13. Work to achieve legal bases in laws of personal states.
14. Treating the problems of the widows who lost their husbands.
12th Article : In the field of science and Education:
1. Improve and develop studying system .
2. Pay attention to Islamic schools and respect the personalities of Islamic
scientists.
3. Develop Kurdish language and handwriting.
4. Eradication of illiteracy and open new schools in all towns and villages.
5. Pay attention to students and teachers, raise the standard of their living.
6. Pay attention to higher education and build scientific relations with
international universities.
7. Pay attention to colleges, institutes and schools both scientifically and
technically .
8. Treatment of mixing the two sexes in schools and educational centres .
9. Enrich the public libraries and protect the transcripts.
10. Unveil all the strange principles and ideologies .
11. Open and support scientific and technical centers .
12. Pay attention to vital and audio media.
13. Protect ancient places and the remains of our civilizations.
14. Make use of others original cultures and education's .
15. Revival of Islamic identity of our people.
16. Enrich political centers with computers , Internet and recent technology.
13th Article: In the field of construction and services:
1. Protect the life of homeless and refugees by settlement in their places .
2. Rebuild the destroyed towns and villages .
3. Pay attention to transport and communication.
4. Open hospitals and health centers to eradicate diseases and raise health
awareness.
5. Protect Kurdistan environments from pollution.
6. Clear Kurdistan from mines .
7. Support charity organizations to rebuild Kurdistan and build mosques and
service centers.
8. Provide the main life requirements to people as water and electricity.
14th Article: In field of youth and sport:
1. Teaching the youth genuine higher morals.
2. Pay attention to sport specially chivalry, swimming and shooting .
3. Open sport play - yards and clubs .
4. Awareness the youth to the negative effects of mixing the two sexes and the
ugly morals which covered under sport and art .
5. Make use of the abilities of the young and develop them.

15th Article: In the field of Administration:
1. Eradication of bribery and routine in governmental offices .
2. Appoint suitable persons in offices who are known by their scientific
abilities.
3. Improve the administrate system by using modern technology and sending
officials abroad to enrich their specialities.
16th Articles : in field of masses and vocational organization :
1. Open organizations and syndicates for the different sectors of society .
2. Accept the fair demands of the organizations and syndicates .
3. Open education , scientific and technical centers to raise the standard of
creativity .
4. Develop the energies and abilities of the masses to achieve their fair aims
and forward looking .
5. Pay attention to our sisters and participating them.
6. Open student halls and support students with what they need.
THIRD PART
TYPE OF WORK
17th Article: In field of achieving it's aims, (I.M.K) follows these:
1. Call people and educate them through the Islamic curriculum by speeches,
meetings , books , information channels with out forgetting the stages of the
Islamic call.
2. Open Islamic schools and educational courses .
3. Employ organizing to classify masses and use syndicate pattern to achieve the
aims of (I.M.K).
4. Call for good and prevent bad inside and outside the (I.M.K) establishments.
5. Prepare the members for "Jihad" and resistance according to the modern and
scientific bases .
6. Build strong relations with political parties inside and outside.
7. Depend "Jihad" to ensure the continuity of the Islamic call and protect (I.M.K)
to achieve the aims.
8. Depend all legal methods to reach political authority and to establish an
Islamic state.
FOURTH PART
SITUATIONS
18th Article:
1. We consider all the Islamic parties a part of (Islamic Group), support and
cooperate them and also think their unity is necessary.
2. We consider the kurds issue a political and humanitarian problem connected to
the whole Islamic world issues.
3. We support the Iraqis struggle to remove decatorship and build a fair
government.
4. We support all the steps, plans and attitudes that lead the Islamic Nation to
independence and development.
5. We support the struggle of the Muslims and we consider Palestinian and Al-
Quds issue a central Islamic issue . We do our best to liberate it.
6. We build relation with the neighbors on the base of mutual interests and
their attitudes to (I.M.K) and justice principles.
7. We respect the followers of the heaven religions. They are free to make their
religious mottoes as it is permitted by the Islamic Legitimacy.
8. We cooperate with all the Kurdistan political parties to defend and obtain
our rights.
9. We cooperate with all Iraqi political parties to defend and obtain the rights
of the Iraqi peoples.
